Reduced offset is less common for 27.5” bikes (for now) but some brands like Transition and Yeti are offering 27.5” models using reduced 37mm offset forks (27.5” bikes traditionally use 44-46mm offset forks). If you want to purchase an aftermarket fork to experiment with, FOX produces reduced 44m offset forks and RockShox produces 42mm
I set up my Megatrail 29/27.5 two years ago, and rode it that way for a bit. For axle to crown heights, a 160mm travel 27.5 front end is about the same as a 120mm travel 29er front end. I ran a 150/120 dual position 29er front, which in the 120 setting was the same front end height as before, and the 150 setting raised/slackened the front end.
A 29″ bike has larger wheels compared to the 27.5″ bike. This difference significantly impacts the bike’s performance, with 29″ bikes typically offering better momentum and improved handling over rough terrain, while 27.5″ bikes offer more agility and quicker acceleration.
Hi Everyone My first post here, I currently ride a 2017 Specialized Enduro 29/27.5+ comp and I'm looking to buy a E-mtb. I've put my eyes on different E-bikes already, the new Levo Comp, The new Kenevo Comp, the Meta Power 29 or 27.5 and the Giant Trance E+. What size wheel you guys think

the question is 27.5 or 29. the 29 is spongy so the rear suspension is partially in the tires. 29 rolls up taller obstacles. 29 is taller. 27.5 is spry, it carves quickly, flys faster and farther. Saddle and stem height are the same but the axle is 2 '' lower.
